Passport Principality of Monaco 1823

Not only is a passport from Monaco extremely rare to find, especially such an early issue from 1823. But here we also have the left part together with the passport. This left part usually remains at the issuing police station as a record. Sometimes, you might have to return your passport to get a new one after travel.
