The glass is probably Bohemian but the silver foil top is English which of course is proof marked and so gives a good idea of the age. The top is pretty beaten up and the makers mark quite damaged but thanks to silvermakersmarks.co.uk I was able to make out the makers stamp as been from Henry Williamson Ltd London 1924, thanks your webpages are so very helpful!!
Vase is 190mm high and 85mm across the base.
This is a nice vibrant decor, & like a mixture of spatter & Peloton glass.
When I posted a pair of these here (8 years ago) they were ID'd as Rindskopf. The shape also comes in a green decor.
