It's a bit different looks like a cross between a jack in the pulpit and a basket vase.
Bit of a shame but this is broken. there is a bit of glass missing at the top of the vase as the petal turns up to form the handle.
160mm high and 95mm at it's widest.
Goes crazy under a UV light.

Fascinating! The type of handle says Czech but after that........
I you go to, http://www.lustrousstone.co.uk there is a basket there, named as Kralik, very like this one. Particularly the overflowing rim and the handle style. Also the texture on the basket base here is the same as that on some Kralik J.I.P. vases I have posted here.
Thanks Peggy, the handle is very similar. I have also commented on one of your Kralik vases with a similar pattern in the body texture. :)
