    Also, this is passport history! You see a passport act between the Kingdoms of Saxony and Prussia from 1819. Most collectors would not go for such documents, but I do, as it gives a better understanding of passport matters back then. It is mentioned that passports should not be expired, error-free, and with a sufficient description of the bearer. Issued on August 23, 1819, at Saxon Castle Ortenburg near Budissin (now Bautzen), Germany.
