Oil painting by Cotti. Could it possibly be the same woman that is depicted in my other Cotti painting? Will take & post better photos of it when I can, for some reason my camera is making the little girl’s hair appear purple in hue. I just purchased this painting from the estate of a woman named Amelia Rae Watkins. Ms. Watkins formerly resided in California so I assume she acquired it then.
