Victorian Bohemian cased pale green glass trinket jar/lidded pot

This caught my eye as a bargain buy it now on eBay AU last week.
I know there are a few folks out there who enjoy a nice lidded pot or trinket jar, so this one's for you!
It is made from two layers of cased glass, clear over pale green with a white random thread decor (like an oversized Peloton).
The pot measures 11.5 cm across & 10 cm tall. There is an applied clear glass decoration on the base, which reminds me of a circlet of triangular bunting flags, as well as a clear applied knob on the lid, which has an interesting flat topped, cylindrical design. There is a rough pontil mark on the base.
I'm pretty sure that this is of Bohemian origin, & possibly by Welz. I've not seen a decor quite like this, & it does seem (to me anyway) to be a kind of Peloton glass.
Last photo shows it under UV light, I was checking for uranium, & ended up with an interesting photo, even if the uranium content is probably negligible.
