these are really tiny - only 4 inches long - little silver spoons - probably for salt, i think. They have simple twisted handles with a little basket on the end holding a polished stone - amethyst, quartz, etc... There is no mark anywhere on them that i can see.
Most probably from Brazil, north Argentina, near Cataratas del Iguazú, very usual here
