Sharing a find from an old Victorian-era scrapbook, this faded piece of early Coca-Cola advertising.
From an 1896 paper sign, the stone litho print depicts perhaps the first "Coca-Cola Girl", Lillian Russell, an American actress and singer who had it all going on at turn of the century. (Not to be confused with Lillian Nordica, the opera star, another CCG who came along a decade later.)
Even in it's reduced state, the fragment is an echo of a period when printed advertisements had texture and quality akin to art. I took the last image with the studio setting on my iPhone. It picked up and enhanced the detail nicely.
Hope everyone's new year is already filling up with great finds. Keep up the hunt, Collectors! :0)

Beauty Dave, nice find!!!

The master B-i-n King strikes again!!!
That cup she is holding ;looks interesting !!!
Thank you Karen, Bernie, and Kevin. This is one page of many in a scrapbook listed on eBay, with a large price tag. Seller was kind enough to sell me just this one. The glass is very interesting, I don't think one like it truly existed with that printed/etched red logo. Artistic license!
