From the rainbow colour combination I believe this is a Richardson bowl from around 1900. I'd hoped it was part uranium glass sadly it isn't, but it is an attractive piece. Overall diameter is 14cm., height 9cm. and surprisingly heavy at 430gm./15oz.
It's a beauty, and delicate too.

Thanks sklo42 and racer4four, it has a couple of chips to the frilled rim but that's ok, it also rings like a bell.
Super piece of art glass, this is such a lovely decor. I have a crimped fan vase in the same pattern.
