      1890s- about 1910. Top right litho view appears earlier.

      Look to be German (at least top left), cities of photographer should enable you to decipher.

      ZiEGERT PHOTOGRAPH SAARLOUIS in der Nähe der Hauptwache two of the cards have this on the back Theodor Korner on the back of the one on the top right pic

      Quick online search: Hauptwache is a building/ plaza in Frankfurt.
