    Wood and Brass Ship

    Approximately 16" x 8 1/2"

Got this for xmas. It's made of wood and brass. There appears to be 2 figures missing in the back. I will attempt to replicate the missing figures. The figures are strange and look like zombie crows..ha ha.

This is fantastic, so unique and thought provoking - zombie crows is a great idea, love their head wraps :)

The carving represents a Snake Boat, the traditional war boat of Kerala, India. Today they are most often associated with races held in connection with the Onam Festival that takes place over two days in August or September.
