Hand Painted Textured Porcelain Vase

I have had this beautiful delicate vase for several years. The finish has always intrigued me, it reminds me almost like Royal Bayreuth Rose Tapestry. I have tried to figure out the signature with no luck, and information identifying would be very helpful. Thank You
