Four nice wrought iron pieces about 5' overall. Ring makes sense for a flower pot holder but can't figure out how that works with the rest of the item. Any comments on just what we have here appreciated.
Hmmm..my guess is, the ring slips over a fence post or other decorative post..and the piece hanging down from the ring acts as a brace for the weight. Then you have the hook for a hanging basket.

My first thought was that this is for holding a handrail along some steps. A round wooden handrail might be inserted thru the rings and the decorative swirl part might be secured to the wall.
It’s lovely, whatever it is!
