The photos don’t do justice to the technique involved in producing this cat.
I haven’t been able to photograph the way single strands of glass seem to have been pulled up to make the interior of the cat. It looks a little like the technique used in making millefiori paperweights. When I hold the cat in the light the strands seem to ‘ruffle’.
I think the cat has a slightly non-plussed expression, which I find quite endearing, but technically I think it’s fabulous.
Thank you so much to BHIFOS ,kwqd,Deano,dav2no1, Cokeman1959, watchsearcher , fortapache. And whenisraelbelieves.
I'm pretty sure this is Murano with that technique and the wonderful eyes.
She's a beauty!
Thanks racer4four it was love at first sight! Thanks also to you and manikin for the love.
Thanks Newfld for the love. Much appreciated.
That is a pretty adorable cat, and you get such good images to show it off which gives it some realism !~
Thanks PhilDMorris for the comment. It’s kind of you to say the images are good. I feel a little frustrated that I couldn’t produce an image which does the technique justice. Thanks also for the love. Many thanks also for the love from Drake47 much appreciated.
