    Not sure what I have here exactly.
    Bought at a swap.
    Couple of signatures on frame with pencil old hand style writing.
    Oil Painted on tin, looks like original frame .
    Any help would be great.

      It appears to be an antique or vintage Mexican retablo. A religious painting on tin of the Madonna and child above the clouds. According to the link below, it is also known as the Nuestra Senora del Refugio (Our Lady Refuge of Sinners). I'm not an expert but a lot of the older retablos like this seem to have some real value! So good find!! That frame, though--looks like somebody painted a newer (mid-century style) Mexican wood frame. Most of ones I've seen are unframed.

      I forgot to mention--yours has the roses, they have the crowns and you can see the clouds below.
