Here is a 5x5" red and burgundy glass cardinal bird with black face & eyes, and carrot-orange beak. By artist Paul Miller for Langham Glass, with etched co. imprint & Miller signature on underside, ca 1980s-1990s
Outstanding Cardinal! We have pairs of Cardinals that return to our yard every year. I'd never seen a baby Cardinal until a few years ago and they are the cutest!!
A beautiful Cardinal for such a beautiful bird, wonderful !~
so nice and here there are some cardinals
We don't get them here. But handsome looking bird, it's very pleasing to look at
Beautiful little bird! His colour is absolutely gorgeous and so fitting to that particular bird. I don't have any cardinals where I live, just robins and goldfinches which are a bright enough little splash on their own- but these guys are so eye-catching. :)
With thanks to you all for the love

Scott you have me there, I've never actually seen a baby cardinal, however the young males are really beautiful, so slim and brightly colored. Seeing a mated pair is a wonderful thing, they can be pretty rare in my new backyard since we have a feral cat colony in a nearby park, so in warmer weather I try to protect the birds with sonar machines that help keep the strays out. Thank you for your awesome & informative comment
Thanks so much Phil for your terrific praise, cardinals are one of my favorite birds & Langham has really captured their beauty, they do alot of wild birds and most very realistically
kivatinitz thank you so much for your super praise and I am so glad you get to see cardinals too, that bright spot of red in the trees is always a joy
Thank you Dave for your wonderful comment & praise for this cardinal, it is a pretty red bird but I notice your area gets most of the same wild birds we get in the northeast - nothing prettier than a robin redbreast in early Spring, or the plaintive hi-lo call of the chickadee. I was once very into i.d.ing the various birds at my former backyard feeder, it was fun to compare their differences
Lauren thank you for your marvelous compliment & great comment, glad you enjoyed this cardinal! If you have robins & goldfinches then you do see some beautifully colored wild birds too, they are so lovely to look at; & you can always watch cardinals on ytube, that site has some nice bird videos - once in awhile I'll look at a pet cockatoo called Mr Max who is feisty & always makes me smile
Love this cheerful red bird!
Thank you vintagelamp for your super comment & love for my cardinal, yes a very cheerful sight on a cold winter's day, these birds really brighten up the winter season
