These two black and white ducks are sitting on a plinth of clear glass.
I’m wondering whether they have always been together or whether one has been a later addition.
They are both facing to the left as I look at them so they’re not a natural pair.
They have the original Murano label.
    Any comments gratefully received.

They are a gorgeous pair and the inflections actually resemble feathers on their backs !~

Happy Valentine's Day Elaine! Yes I would say they are Murano esp from the label, they are so similar in shape & color it looks like they belong together as a pair. They're beautiful swans!

It's a silver foil technique, which I believe was created in Murano. These two are Venetian Murano Glass. I have a cat and a mouse in this technique, a personal favorite. I love your ducks, finding matching pairs is always a thrill.

Also, about them both looking to the left. This doesn't negate their being a legitimate pair. They are both produced by the maker and are of the same vintage, making them a true pair. No problem.
