Hello I have just rediscovered this and didn’t know I had it so comes as a bit of a shock, just looking at it and it’s very interesting & seems signed, looks like a lot of work went into it, plate seems like wood, and has a dull finish like it needs cleaning

100% Vietnamese. The white in the conical hat is probably eggshell. She is wearing an Ao Dai a traditional Vietnamese dress.
