After two years of a lonely life my my lidded jar met a companion .The vase is threaded in the same way with a red thread but the glass is thinner and the thread is thinner too,so the color looks lighter what I tried to show with a poor result in the third photo.There are vases assigned to Wilhelm Kralik that has similar body but without a foot,just with a flat bottom.Again,I don't know who is a maker.Just guessing,maybe Franz Tomschik.
