    Hello everyone!!
Here's another little cold painted bronze Dachshund. This one is simply sitting on a chair. I really love this one. As with the previous one I posted, this one has also experienced a bit of paint loss over the years. This one is also pre-1950 and measures only 1 3/4" tall, 1/2" long and 1/2" wide. So, quite small.

Thanks very much for stopping in for a look!!
    Scott

OK, cute, and that first photo has the correct malevolent stare of an angry dachshund.
Could be the angle but I think it's awesome!

      Karen,
Thanks so very much!! I agree with the angry Dachshund look. None of our smooth coat males Dachshunds were ever mean. But, our little longhair female Dachshund has bitten me, as well as a few visitors. So, we know to put her in her crate when we have visitors:)

Oh, I have one of those! Mine is more of a hound dog reading a newspaper. I'd love to see if yours has similar marks, very hard to make out on mine. New to this page, hope this comment is ok.

      Hi Kiwishamus!
I've never been able to locate any markings on this one. Though sometimes the markings are well hidden. I'd love to see yours. And welcome to CW!!

      Thanks jscotto363 :-)
I think if I am sharing photos I have to create a new page? I'll get some coffee and figure it out. Happy to share my little guy, possibly I'm seeing a maker's mark where there is none. We'll find out! thanks for the nice welcome.

Wow, so much detail for something so petite!
      Sweet!

Thanks Eileen!! He's incredibly small, but I agree that he's full of detail.
