A pair of southwest inspired painted and framed canvasses for Vanguard Studios in Beverly Hills Ca.
Most of the paintings from that studio Cary the signatures: Lee Reynolds’s, Lee Burr, Van Gaard, Stuart, or Burton.
The pair I have contain the signature “LR”….
Is that short (initials) for Lee Reynolds?
I have yet to find that signature format. He may have done it due to the lack of space as these were very vertical.
Whoo knows?
This painting have a LR monogram too.

Nice. I very recently passed on a super ceramic candle stand by Vanguard. It was just too large, tall. They did not sell junk.
