      Hi, Das18. :-)

Per the serial number tables at the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society website, serial number EC965364 was one of a block of 25,000 consecutive ([EC]964662 through [EC]989661) serial numbers allotted November 7 1940 by the central office to one of its factories. All were intended to be stamped into the beds of model 99K sewing machine heads.

The factory in question was Kilbowie, because all Singer sewing machine models with a "K" suffix were cast at Kilbowie:

That your machine is a model 99 checks out visually. At a glance, it looks quite similar to its big sibling, the full sized model 66, but probably the easiest tell that it's a model 99 instead of a model 66 is the placement of the Singer medallion badge on the pillar (it's lower on the model 99):

      https://oldsingersewingmachineblog.com/tag/difference-between-singer-66k-and-99k/

Another tell is the shape of the needlebar-containing part of the body (the model 99's is symmetrical like a hammer head shark):

      About the Singer model 99:

Yours appears to be a handcrank, so it's probably a model 99-1.

Here is a link to a free soft copy of manual for the model 99-13, which is possibly about as close as you're going to get unless you want to pay for one:

      https://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/manuals/singer-portable-electric-sewing-machine-manual-99-13.pdf

Here is a parts list for a model 99-1:

The decal set is called Filigree:

I can't see the face plate or rear access panel, but here is a gallery of them for you to browse:

Here is a gallery of portable cases for you to browse:

The slide plate/bobbin cover isn't installed. That's a common problem with many vintage Singer sewing machines, because users get frustrated trying to put it back in place. Here's some guidance:

If it's been lost, replacements are available (SIMANCO part number 32569):

However, it's a lot to sift through, so if you have questions (other than value, which I don't do), just ask them here in a comment on your post.

FYI, if you value any of this information, you might want to save a copy of it offline, because that remark about potentially selling your machine might cause your post to get deleted by the CW staff (the Collectors Weekly Show & Tell forum is not for sales).
