This is a gorgeous pair of Sherman Pinwheel earrings in his famous design and suits a lot of brooches with a pinwheel design. Very hard to get this exact set but it is in high demand especially when you have the right brooch. The most I ever paid for a set of these earrings was 1300.00 and that was 2 times. Right now I must find some better pics so that is my goal here. Very nice set, and your eyes are not wasted on too much A/B ing, as this has little to none. The pair is in excellent condition !~
Majestic Colour. I can honestly say that I haven’t seen such a vibrant set of Purple Earrings like yours before. This style, yes but that colour, no. Thanks for sharing, They truly are beautiful.

Thank you Dawn, yes they are the colour of photo # 1. Usually the colour is not solid and instead this one is like the purple in photo # 1. To match these you would need a good solid purple brooch !~

I don't know which is harder. Finding the earrings to a brooch or the other way around. When pieces get separated over the decades it is nearly impossible to reunite them in most cases. Here's hoping you find the beautiful brooch meant for these amazing earrings! Purple jewelry is so hard to come by, but knowing our Phil he will succeed!

A simply spectacular pair of earrings. Sherman showed his usual fabulous judgement in letting the intense violet colour and those exquisitely slender navettes do all the dazzling. No need for AB, no need for other colours. This is perfection in its simplicity and beauty.
