Dan Feaser is a Pennsylvanian who after WWII moved to Flordia, where he was Art Director for a large department store and advertising agency. He joined the National Park Service in 1957 and has been working in its Division of Museums ever since. As an illustrator-designer, Mr. Feaser's work appears in many of the Park Service areas, both in the visitor center museums and in trailside exhibits. He has illustrated four Harold L. Peterson books and has exhibited art at the University of Minnesota. His wildlife paintings have appeared on four covers of Virginia Wildlife, a Game Commission monthly publication put out by the State of Virginia. He presently with his family in Shepherdstown, West Virginian a restored log cabin where he spends most of his spare time doing wildlife art.
