Mystery Wingback Rocking Chair

I rescued this chair from the landfill and I have spent many many hours trying to figure out who made it and the date, all I have been able to find is that it is a wingback rocking chair with cane and someone told me it is probably from the 1960's judging by the style of cane weave but they are no expert. There are no markings of any kind anywhere on the chair. The joints look like they are miter joints with iron shims that are squiggly. Any info would be much obliged and many thanks in advance.
