Found this Jow Rodgers knife at a yard sale but don't know much about it,Looking for someone who has any idea why there's a crown on it?

Mike, I think it's a mid 20th century knife. Joseph Rodgers was a top Sheffield, England, cutlers or knife-makers who were in production for a long time. They produced quality knives and won medals for them at major exhibitions. The scales or handles are either bone or antler. I can't tell you much about the crown logo - simply decorative? What is written/stamped on the tang? Is it a single blade? The blade is known as a 'clip-point' because of its shape at the end. They also made blades known as 'spear points'. A photo of the blade[s] extended would be helpful! A quality pen knife worth keeping and certainly a good find! Size of knife opened and closed?
