Beautiful vase either German or Bavarian. I don't understand the writing on bottom. Does anyone know anything about it? Where is it from? Approximate age? Is it rare?

Not German, Not Bavarian but Dutch. This is Koninklijke Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland (1898-1965) PZH from Gouda, the Netherlands.
Date mark is for 1951.
Name of the decor is Bertino.
The model number of this vase is 3190.
