    From other ones online with a similar decoration, these are usually attributed to Carl Goldberg. The flowers, green leaves and enamelled rim are particularly distinctive, they are just 12cm./4.75" tall. They are a true pair, the decoration being mirror images of each other, and date from around 1900.

      Thanks kivatinitz, I am pretty sure these are by Goldberg. Apparently they bought in glass from several Bohemian makers and then added the decoration.
