These cuttlefish shaped hashioki are about 2.5" long x 1.5" wide x .5" high. They are not signed but came in a labeled Iwata box. All five have gold foil applied and a matte finish.
Cuttlefish symbolize "Celebration" in Japan, but this set looks to be unused, though I am pretty certain it is decades old. A good reason to eat off of the good china every once in a while and to not wait for a special occasion to use it!
The description of these in the auction I bought them at did not mention Iwata and the name did not appear anywhere in the auction or else I might have had some competition for them. Still, I made an offer instead of "Buying the now" so saved a bit of money and the seller threw in a gift of two pottery fish themed hashioki, which I will post later.
Thanks, Vynil33rpm!
