Description:
The supporting inner frame is made of crossing patterns of wire felt (glued where the felt wires intersect). The outer decorative portion contains various flowers and other decorative items stamped. These hats may or may not have a veil.

THE PHOTOS HERE RESEMBLE this hat but there is a different manufacturer

I do not know if the manufacturers sewed on a tag indicating SUPERIOR or UNIQUE NOVELTIES.
