Very old ford glass sign

I need help identifying this old ford glass sign. The glass is etched and painted. You can even still see the bubbles in the glass. Unfortunately it has a paint spill on it which I’m going to carefully try to remove. I talked to a few high end collectors and they said it could’ve been a old hanging sign in a frame, a can light, or part of a neon. It measures 21.5” wide x 11.5” tall. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
