On the Railroad, No. 2124 Paperback – January 1, 1936
I had this paperback for a while now. My grandfather was an engineer on the railroad.
He passed this on to me back in the 1960s.
This book is a great introduction to younger kids from the Golden Era of steam. The book includes making up the train before dawn in the yard, tending passengers on the expresses, moving freight, and the importance of strong bridges.
"Master of the Throttle"..... funny.... I was called that back in my younger years when racing around town. :)
A scarce book illustrated with a mix of black and white photos and wonderful watercolors. Oversized (12.25" x 10").
Thanks Much for Checking out my Post!!

Hi Falcon
The CW Tech Team contacted me and said they are working on the problems. As this is a holiday week I think it will be awhile. You can still check out new posts on members profile pages, as well as in categories
