Liquor bottle bubble design

I found this bottle in Northern California, I forgot where exactly, around 2000. It was in perfect condition until my cat knocked it over and broke it. I never did identify it, and am trying to do so now and hopefully I can replace it. It has the embossed "FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE" with a empty square of plain glass for a label, I assume. The design looks like bubbles to me, but are octagon shapes with little square in between them at the corners.
