Here for you viewing pleasure are two cases in fairly decent shape. I've had them for a while, so I figured why not show them. I've kinda gone carrier-crazy lately, I think I might have a carrier from each decade since 1900 to now.
Thanks TaminC !!
Wow, that's focus right there Tom! The crates from this period of the 60s really shine and seem to remain in great shape, I have one from Chattanooga 1967.
However mine is missing the dividers.
Thanks fuel !! Thanks Perry , I also have a few 70's models (red) chock-full of those darn ACL bottles, lol. My christmas bottle excursion yesterday only netted another empty case for which I'll need even more bottles. Some nice Pat. Nov. 16, 1915 bottles would be sweet too!!
But,,,,you got a sweet bottle comin in the mail!
Thanks Pickr!! Yes I do Perry, and that mailman better not be late tomorrow lol
Hope you like it Tom!
Hey Tommy, your 1st picture looks like an older one than the 2nd.
Might be a 40s era or do you know?
Perry, I thought about that yesterday (after seeing yours) The odd thing is that there is nothing marked inside and the E in bottles doesn't have the long center hash AND lol look at the long tail of the C and you'll see a R circled in it, not the trademark script. SO, now I'm wondering if maybe coke.trevor sent this one down from the great white north.......???
Interesting, the crate seems to be thicker on the sides too.
Looks like they made them a little sturdier.
It also says "Have a Coke" on the ends.....
