I recognize this piece, gotta really love that label on the piece !~
Lovely elegant goose Jenni! He's fun, isn't he? I love his deep green and long neck, he'd make a great spring centrepiece really, or even an Easter one. His pose is really funny, looks to be running or getting ready to charge and start hissing!

Phil thank you for your terrific comment, I was glad to find the label on this goose as this animal is not in the Pilgrim catalogs I have, so it had to have been made in the late 70s to 80s. I have posted just about all the Pilgrim animals & this goose was a delightful unexpected find
He is quite a fun design Lauren and does look about to take off!! The hand blown Pilgrim animals are so delicately made but they really convey a lot of personality. And yes, the goose neck is in a very elegant pose. You always bring a smile to me, thank you for your fun & fabulous comment
