A quick run into the Oberlin GW scored me this nice MCM dining chair for a mere six bucks. The stamp on the bottom reads "Bianco Manufacturing Company" Fine Commercial Seating St. Louis Missouri 03104. This one had gotten wet so it's a bit faded. The chair itself is in worn condition and a bit loose at one leg joint. Still with a bit of TLC polish and wood glue it can be restored to service. Missing two of the wood buttons that cover the screws that hold the back rest on as well. The seat is original just has a few scratches in it. Looks like a leatherette of some sort. MCM anything goes for big bucks online so when these show up at the thrifts it's well worth the effort to rehab them. The "bentwood" term refers to the curved stretcher joining the legs. -Mike-
