These stoneware cups are 2.5" high x 2.25" in diameter. They are handmade, but not marked.
The yellow cup is cracked on two sides and the brown cup has a chip on the interior rim. The Minoyaki Shino Ware cup and the green cup are in perfect shape. The Minoyaki Shino Ware, shown in the first image, is the best cup and has some nice iron oxide decoration but the other three have a more subtle charm. They are fairly delicate for stoneware. These sets typically include five cups and a box. Missing the fifth cup, a white one, and box, called Goshiki (five colored) Shino.
Probably date to the 1970s or 1980s, probably imported by OMC, Takahashi, Kotobuki, etc. A $1 thrift shop find.
