Limoges platter, which I recently painted with a fish,has a Limoges mark and a macy mark. I bought this piece in Ocean City, NJ at a community yard sale. I loved this piece when I first saw it without knowing it had a Limoges mark plus a macy mark.

The maker JB is Jean Boyer. JB Limoges, founded by Jean Boyer in 1919, produced fine porcelain wares until it was taken over by Boyer’s son Georges in 1934. Limoges is the region in France where the porcelain comes from, not the maker.
Your's is really nice. Both the fish & edging are superb! The dish may have been painted by a home cottage industry artist, and is unique to that platter! Here's your (Blank) platter, but in Silver! The gold looks like it may have been added. The inner line looks like it's hand painted. They may hsve painted over the original silver edge, too.
