    Found this great little paperweight at GW this morning. It's about 3.5" in diameter and made of heavy 24% lead crystal. The image is deeply etched into the back side giving a nice 3D hologram effect from the front of a kitten holding his ball of yarn. The worn foil label on the base says Zajecar Crystal Made in Yugoslavia 24% lead. According to the "Glass Lovers Glass DataBase" Kristal Zajecar was founded in 1965. Most of glass designs are from the 70s or 80s. The Kristal Zajecar factory now abandoned closed mostly due to sanctions and inflation in the early 90's. -Mike-
