Unusual piece there Jenni, I can't make up my mind if she looks like a character from Bambi or from a certain angle, an actual cardinal or...pope kind of shape with those conical hats?
I think Bambi is far more likely! ^^
Very animated/ cartoon looking design on her!

Lol Lauren you have the absolute best perception, and are totally right that the blended ears look like the shape of the religious peaked mitre hat, you're amazing! Also true about Bambi, I definitely think this was based on that cartoon, probably Bambi's mother as it's called a doe & she had those big straight up ears (there's actually a dent in this doe's ears to show there are 2). Thank you my friend for your fabulous comment & amusing insight that gave me a big chuckle & also got me googling those funny cone hats!

I’m withLauren, I immediately thought Disney.
No matter, it is a delicious piece of glass.

Karen thank you for the love and fantastic praise for this glass doe, it is quite a rare piece (& heavy!) and I was lucky to find it. Definitely must have been based on the Bambi doe mother, as most deer ears are not that tall lol! I remember going to the movies with my mom seeing a re-showing of Bambi, and felt so bad when the mother died - I know cartoons try to teach kids about life (Simba's father dies in Lion King, they're still doing it) but it is rather cruel to give them feelings of abandonment so young, it made me cry :(
