Please forgive the crooked pictures. I think I got a good deal?! Where to find a true replacement glass shade? I'm obsessed with the base ??

A lot of this kind of lamp had a small cone glass shade and then a mica covered wider shade over that. They used a bulb up to 250 or 300 watts which was a good way to start a fire. A 100W bulb "adaptor" is available to buy. This would be nice to have chrome finish or another. The 6 in your price should have been a 4., since chroming can be expensive !~
