Rare plexiglass trench art B-17

This is truly a rare bird!

Large B-17 that is fully constructed from plexiglass. Eight pieces were cut polished and then adhered. I have seen small brooch sized plexiglass airplanes (about 1”) but never one this size.

The plane is very well constructed and detailed. Based on what came with it , it was made for or by a bombardier.

Sits on well articulated plexiglass stand with .50 cal rounds.
