Hello everyone,
I have not been able to find any Signature on this painting. Google images search has two potential artist. Several matches of similar pose attributes to Barton but not as heavily painted.... The other is Eugene Leroy and is much closer to the many thick layers and time involved in drying. The back and Anson wood framing may be a clue but I don't know what it indicates as far as age.... I am hoping someone can please help and give me some leads to follow! The size is about 8x10. Oil on canvas
I found one on etsy it says it's an Indian maiden I believe it's same but it may not be
