German porcelain dish c1900.

From the very white body and the faint 4 digit number impressed but almost invisible ,typical of late 19th century continental ware I suggest Germany as possible origin. The design of the leaves though could suggest a deco era, any thoughts? I tell myself -"stop collecting" but an interesting design says "buy me"
