I'm going to through all the things I collected over the years with intentions to re-home them. We're not guaranteed our next breath so I decided I want them owned by people who will cherish them as I have. Read the forward, it's quite moving. I had to look up the answer is to the title question.

An excerpt from George Hardinge's Poem "The Whig" (since the Whig is originally a British term) :)
A JEU D'ESPRIT AT THE WHIG CLUB .
" The King, " it seems, " no wrong can do; "
The maxim 's old, our comment's new,
      For Whigs alone reserv'd.
      Advising heads are pre-suppos'd,
By whom the King 's to be enclos'd,
      And as their tool preserv'd."
