Old Dresser(possibly dressing table or vanity) with glove boxes

Can someone tell me exactly what century this piece is? I believe it might be 1930’s, maybe? Is it a dressing table, vanity or something else? I find similar pieces, but nothing exact. Is the wood Oak, specifically Tiger Oak? It is constructed with dovetail joints on the drawers. Any information is greatly appreciated.
