I picked this up at an estate sale and there are no markings on the back for identification. Does anyone recognize this pattern or could tell me where to find an identification catalog by pattern?

There's a lot of similar trays online. Some are marked "Rogers" which was a company that did a lot of silver-plated pieces. Many that are unmarked like yours. I did see one similar to yours that had a full tea set with it but that was a Roger's piece.
Unfortunately silver-plated items are not very desirable by collectors in the current market and prices are very low. Every family had one and they were all kept in good shape. The younger market has no use for such items. Because of this local thrift stores and garage/estate sales are piled high with such items.
