I was lucky and found this at a thrifstore last week .I have figured out that it's a La Pierre hallmarked sterling overlay ,but is the glass Loetz?
Any insight would be appreciated.

That's gorgeous. Great find!
The berry rosette on the handle suggests that it is Loetz. The color appears to be Loetz Diana green.
