It's a Armand Marseille 'Floradora' doll with a music box equipped inside its body. The music in the music box is 'Let Me Call You Sweetheart', a song from the 1910s.
But the main reason I post her here is, I'm not sure whether her hands are original, for I've never seen another bisque doll with hands in this shape. Or maybe her whole body is no original, I don't know. So I ask you a favour to check her for me. If you could give a reliable answer, that would help me a great deal.

None of her body is original and not music box either . I need a better more clear close up of face to see if head is original or a reproduction .

Hi head appears to be original antique bisque head. Her correct body would have been made of kid leather . Often their bodies got leaks and sawdust would come out . If not repaired at sometime some gave her a whole new modern body . It looks like she is a shoulder head doll I believe I can see her shoulder plate in photo of her back . I can't see writing well on back of head but looks like maybe Armand Marsille maker Germany . 1890-1920. Very pretty

Thanks for all the info u gave! That helps me a great deal. It's a pity that her body is not original, but I still treasure her as a rare muic doll with antique bisque head, after all I bought her for that. I'm happy to finally clarify her identity.
