I found this rocking horse at a yard sale... Fella said it was from the late 1800's. Horse hair. Tag on rocker says: (?)

Rudolf Palak, Obchaodmidum, Hrackami, Kral Vinohraclg, Anglicho 6

I would love any help on value and such.

As far as I can see, it's Rudolf Patak,
      It's Czech:
Obchodni Dum means trading house, hrackami means toys,.
      král. vinohrady means royal vineyards,
      Anglico means England.
So a rough (very rough, but close) translation would be, Rudolf Patak toy trading company, Royal Vineyards.......
I can't see the last words on the plate, but if it is Anglicko, that means England. Which gives us two possibilities: one: it was made in England for the Czeck, two: it was made in Czechia and it is english model #6 (wild, wild guess)

There is a Royal Vineyards neighborhood in Prague.

I am comning up with nothing more, but at least I think it's a good starting point!
Thanks for the sleuthing practice!!! Lovely horse!
